The difficulty is for advanced, you shoul have knitted socks once and have a little experience with cables.
Heel and toes are given in the pattern, you can also work them in your own favourite style

The finishes socks are in size EU 38—40
The socks have a circumference of 20.5 cm (8‘‘), to fit feet with a circumference of 20.5 cm – 23.0 cm (8’’ – 9’’)
What you need
2 x 50g gradient yarn 200m/50g of Merino Twin in the color "Wintersky"
Further:
DPN 2.50mm (US 1.5) or any other needle you need to obtain the gauge
scissors
darning needle
maybe stitch markers
